COME AND JOIN A MALE VOICE CHOIR
GCOMVC has a strong tradition of male voice singing. We meet weekly on Wednesday evenings at Humberston Church at 7.00pm and rehearse for 90 minutes. Our repertoire is wide and varied and should appeal to all tastes.
Our Musical Director is Esther Peterson and our accompanist is Lynn Robinson
We operate a “No Audition” policy, sight reading of music is not mandatory, just come and enjoy yourself in company with other like-minded male singers.
GCOMVC hold several concerts a year at venues around the area and host other choirs from around the country in joint events. We also reciprocate these visits and in 2019 visited South Wales for a joint concert in Neath with Tonna MVC.
GCOMVC prides itself on supporting local young musicians and raising money for charities.
We have a strong social side to the choir and hold many joint events with wives and friends throughout the year.
